Arrival and Dismissal Campus Traffic Flows

Morning Drop Off - You will wait in line down School House Road and turn right into to the campus. Teachers and staff will help your child exit the vehicle. You will then follow the loop back out to School House Road. 

Dismissal -  Afternoon pick-up will stage in the lanes in the PRIDE parking lot. This will help prevent back up onto School House Road.

Cars will enter the first entrance past the cemetery and pull into the first lane. Once this lane is full, begin to fill the second lane and so on.  Please do not block the entrance or exit of any lane. We will call lane one, followed by lanes two through eight. Once all lanes are called, we will return to lane one. PLEASE DO NOT SWITCH LANES OR JUMP THE LINE.

Administrators will help direct cars into the lanes the first few days of school. 

Morning Drop-Off
🐾 1st & 2nd Grade
* Enter from the east entrance.
* Follow the drive behind the campus.
* Drop students off on the Lower Elementary side (formerly Bullard Primary School).

🐾 3rd, 4th & 5th Grade
* Enter from the west entrance.
* Follow the drive behind the campus.
* Drop students off on the Upper Elementary side (formerly Bullard Elementary).

Pro-tip: If you’re dropping off on both sides, go to the 3rd-5th grade drop-off first and turn right back to the 1st-2nd grade drop-off. 

Afternoon Pick-Up
We will continue offering one convenient family pick-up option. If your family has students in both grade groups (1st-2nd and 3rd-5th), you will have the option sign up to have all of your children picked up together in the Lower Elementary pick-up line. This helps make dismissal easier for families with students in multiple grades.

*Traffic is very congested in the afternoons when leaving BES on Panther Crossing going toward FM 2493.  To help reduce this congestion, please turn left (west) out of BES to utilize School House Road or the road between the old middle school and intermediate school to access W. Main Street. 

Car riders will be dropped off and picked up in front of the building using the first entrance of FM2493E. Buses will use the second entrance and will load and unload in the back of the building.

To help reduce congestion on FM2493E during dismissal, there are three vehicle staging lanes. Vehicles will completely fill lane one first, then lane two, and lastly lane three. Vehicles may begin filling these lanes at 2 p.m. When school is dismissed at 3:20 p.m., lane one will proceed first until fully emptied, followed by lane 2 and then lane 3. 
 

One-way entrance only on the north side closest to Panther Crossing; exit only on the south side closest to the stadium. The left exit lane is left turn only; the right exit lane is right turn only. 

School buses load and unload in the back loop of the high school.
