• Pre-K enrollment is in-person only at the Bullard Early Childhood campus. 
• Kindergarten through 12th-grade enrollment is online through Skyward Family Access. If your child turns 5 on or before September 1, 2025, they’re ready for kindergarten.

Already have a student at Bullard ISD? Log in to Skyward Family Access, set the dropdown to "New to District Registration," and follow the prompts.

Stay Connected
We use ParentSquare for school updates and emergency alerts. Only guardians listed in Skyward will receive these notifications. Please make sure your email and phone number are up to date. Learn more about ParentSquare here. New families will be able to log into the ParentSquare app 24 hours after their registration is complete and approved. 

Documents You’ll Need
When enrolling, please have these ready to upload:

• Parent/Guardian ID
• Proof of Residency (utilities bill, lease)
• Withdrawal Form or Year-End Report Card
• Immunization Records
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card

What Happens Next?
Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation page with an option to enroll another student (your information will auto-fill to make it easier). The campus secretary will reach out if we need anything else.

To complete the enrollment/registration process, log in to Skyward Family Access and complete the screens. 

All returning families must submit proof of residency to continue with the enrollment process. Accepted forms of residency for students who live within the Bullard ISD boundaries are as follows:

• A utility bill or service verification dated within the past 30 days
  • Water
  • Electric
  • Gas
• Copy of lease with valid dates and tenant name(s)
• Notarized residency affidavit with:
  • Homeowner ID
  • NOTE: Residency affidavits may be verified by home visit conducted by district personnel

PLEASE NOTE: 

Guardian Info - Please ensure all parent/guardian info is up to date, including a valid email address and phone number. The guardian information syncs with ParentSquare (our district school-to-home communications and emergency alert system). Only names listed as Guardians in Skyward will have access to ParentSquare accounts. Please contact your campus if you need to update information in Skyward. Updates cannot be made directly in ParentSquare.

Existing families who need to enroll a new student: Complete the new student application for that student. Once the application is submitted, registrars call the parent to confirm the information and will then link the new student to the existing family account. 

Don't hesitate to get in touch with your child's campus with any questions you may have. 

Bullard ISD is a closed district, but we offer a paid tuition transfer program for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade (Pre-K students must reside within the Bullard ISD zone), subject to space availability.

Admission is based on an application process. To start at the beginning of the school year, applications must be submitted to the Bullard ISD Administration Office by June 30. Applications submitted during the school year will be considered if space is available.

Tuition for the 2025–2026 school year:

• 1 student: $3,250
• 2 students: $5,500
• 3 or more students: $6,750

Bullard ISD offers both tuition Pre-K and free tuition Pre-K for qualifying families. Enrollment for Pre-K is in-person only at Bullard Early Childhood. Families can pick up the registration packets at the Bullard Early Childhood campus, preferably between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Parents must meet the following requirements and bring the required documentation with them to enroll in person. 

Requirements for Registration: 

• Must live in the Bullard ISD School district. Bullard does not provide Pre-K to families outside the Bullard ISD school zone. 
• Must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026;
• For Early Childhood Special Education, must be 3 years old AND qualify through a special education evaluation through Bullard ISD. 

Required Documentation:

• Your current driver's license with your current address
• Your child's certified birth certificate
• Your child's Social Security card
• Proof of residency-- electric or water bill with your current name and address
• Up-to-date immunization records
• Proof of income for PK registration only-- last 2 months of pay stubs for all working adults in the household
• ESG card # (food stamps confirmation number)
