Online enrollment for NEW and RETURNING students is open. ALL students  MUST be re-enrolled every school year before they will be placed in a classroom or given course schedules. All enrollment is completed online through Skyward Family Access. Click the link below for online enrollment instructions.

Legal Update: Starting this school year, House Bill 1481 prohibits students from using personal communication devices during the school day while on school property. If brought on campuses, personal communication devices must be kept turned off or silenced in a student’s bag and shall remain out of sight at all times between arrival and dismissal.

ParentSquare is our district school-to-home communication platform and notification system. Downloading the ParentSquare and StudentSquare (middle and high school students only) app is the easiest way to stay connected.

In order to have a ParentSquare account, the user must be listed as a guardian in Skyward. If you cannot log in to ParentSquare and are unsure of the information you have on file in Skyward, please contact your campus and they can help you. If updates are made in Skyward, the changes will show in ParentSquare the following day. 

All contact information must be updated through Skyward, NOT directly through ParentSquare. 

New families will be able to log into ParentSquare (desktop and/or app) using either the phone number or email address on file the following day after the enrollment process is complete.

Here are a few important reminders for upcoming 25-26 school year:

1. At this time, ALL medication (Prescription and Over the Counter) continues to require a completed Medication Administration Form AND an order from a healthcare provider before the medication can be given at school. The order can be either in the form of a signature on the medication form or other means of a written order.   

2. If your child has a medical condition that requires an action plan (asthma, allergies, seizures, diabetes, etc), please try and have your healthcare provider complete the forms/plan prior to the first day of school.  Blank action plans that can be used are available on the Bullard ISD Health Services page.  The required (as of 01/01/24) Seizure Management and Treatment Form is available as well.

3. If your child was referred for a professional hearing and/or vision evaluation by the school nurse and was evaluated over the summer, please provide those results so that their hearing and vision screening information can be updated and completed.

4. Please remember that in order for your child to attend school, they must have all required immunizations, an up to date exemption (new exemption required every 2 years for exemption for reason of conscience and every 1 year for medical exemption), or meet criteria for provisional enrollment.  If your child is not in compliance, you will be contacted to come pick up your child immediately. Keep in mind that currently it can take up to 3 weeks to receive an affidavit for a conscientious exemption and many clinics and Health Departments are busy this time of year with back to school visits so please do not wait until the last minute to request an exemption affidavit or get your child’s immunizations.

Tardy and Dismissal Bell Schedules

First Day (ONLY) Parent Pick Up Schedule

We understand that traffic is often especially heavy during dismissal on the first day of school. Additionally, some of our campuses use different procedures for afternoon dismissal than they do for morning drop-off.

To ease traffic congestion and ensure a smoother experience for families, we will release car riders and student drivers a little early on the first day of school according to the following schedule. Buses will run at their usual times.

First Day (ONLY) Parent Pick Up Schedule

Bullard Early Childhood - 2:00 p.m.
Bullard Primary School - 2:30 p.m.
Bullard Elementary School - 2:30 p.m.
Bullard Intermediate School - 2:45 p.m.
Bullard Middle School - 3:10 p.m.
Bullard High School - (student drivers and parent pick up)
Seniors - 3:15 p.m.
Juniors - 3:20 p.m.
Sophomores - 3:25 p.m.
Freshmen - 3:30 p.m.

We are also working with TXDOT daily regarding the construction in front of the high school. Currently, only one entrance and exit to the front parking lot is open. Crews plan to reopen both the entry and exit before August 13. We will communicate any confirmed traffic changes for this area as soon as possible.

Every  student involved in middle or high school extracurricular events in Bullard ISD (athletics, band, cheer, drill team, Pom Squad, Ag) must create a Rank One account with Bullard ISD to complete required medical forms.  Click the button below to create your Rank One account. Physicals - Bullard ISD requires new physicals every year.  Please make sure you have your child's physical done on the UIL form and turned into our Athletic Training staff.  You can bring the hard copy by the athletic training room in the high school fieldhouse or you can email your hard copy to vanessa.dockter@bullardisd.net.

If you are new to the district or will be at a new campus this year, take a moment to review the below campus traffic flows for arrival and dismissal. 

*Please note, TXDOT construction on FM2493 in front of Bullard High School down through Panther Crossing is ramping up! Please use caution and give yourself extra time if you are accessing this area.

*Bond construction crews have joined the front staff/guest parking lots into one parking lot at Bullard Primary School and Bullard Elementary School. There is now only one entrance and one exit to this parking lot. The entrance is in front of Bullard Primary and the exit is in front of Bullard Elementary School.
