Online enrollment for NEW and RETURNING students is open. ALL students MUST be re-enrolled every school year before they are placed in a classroom or given course schedules. All enrollment is completed online through Skyward Family Access. Click the link below for online enrollment instructions.

ParentSquare is our district's school-to-home communication and notification platform. Downloading the ParentSquare and StudentSquare (middle and high school students only) app is the easiest way to stay connected.

To have a ParentSquare account, the user must be listed as a guardian in Skyward. If you cannot log in to ParentSquare and are unsure of the information you have on file in Skyward, please contact your campus, and they can help you. If updates are made in Skyward, the changes will show in ParentSquare the following day. 

All contact information must be updated through Skyward, NOT directly through ParentSquare. 

New families will be able to log in to ParentSquare (desktop and/or app) using either the phone number or email address on file the day after the enrollment process is complete.

2026-2027 Updates:

1. At this time, ALL medication (Prescription and over-the-counter) continues to require a completed Medication Administration Form.  An order from your child's healthcare provider will be required for over-the-counter (OTC) medication at the school nurse's discretion, or for any medication given for more than 2 consecutive days. The order can be either in the form of a signature on the medication form or in another written form.   
2. If your child has a medical condition that requires an action plan (asthma, allergies, seizures, diabetes, etc), please try to have your healthcare provider complete the forms/plan prior to the first day of school.  Blank action plans are available on the Bullard ISD Health Services page.  
3. If your child was referred by the school nurse for a professional hearing and/or vision evaluation and was evaluated over the summer, please provide those results so their hearing and vision screening information can be updated and completed.
4. Please remember that in order for your child to attend school, they must have all required immunizations, an up-to-date exemption (a new exemption is required every 2 years for a reason of conscience exemption and every 1 year for a medical exemption), or meet the criteria for provisional enrollment.  A parent/guardian can now print an exemption for reasons of conscience, but it must still be completed in its entirety and notarized before submitting it to the campus nurse.  If your child is not in compliance, you will be contacted to pick up your child immediately.

House Bill 1481 prohibits students from using personal communication devices during the school day while on school property. If brought on campuses, personal communication devices must be kept turned off or silenced in a student’s bag and shall remain out of sight at all times between arrival and dismissal.

Every student involved in middle or high school extracurricular events in Bullard ISD (athletics, band, cheer, drill team, Pom Squad, Ag) must create a Rank One account with Bullard ISD to complete required medical forms.  Click the button below to create your Rank One account. Physicals - Bullard ISD requires new physicals every year.  Please make sure you have your child's physical completed on the UIL form and turned in to our Athletic Training staff.  You can bring the hard copy to the athletic training room in the high school fieldhouse, or email it to vanessa.dockter@bullardisd.net. Middle school students/parents can email it to jeff.shrode@bullardisd.net.

NEW FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

As of 7/1/26, UIL is using RankOne for information on students who compete in UIL events. Because we use RankOne to track our student athletes, every Bullard ISD Athlete is now listed as ineligible in RankOne because of this change. Please follow the directions listed on the image for the athlete to become eligible again.

Student safety is always our top priority. This is why ALL volunteers (mentors, chaperones, PTO volunteers, classroom/cafeteria helpers, after-school community clubs, etc.)  must complete an online Volunteer Application and background check before serving on campus each school year. The criminal background check is performed annually. Raptor will perform a sex offender check using the volunteer's driver's license each time the front office signs the volunteer in. Extracurricular chaperones are also required to complete a volunteer application, even if they serve outside the school day.
