DAEP
Discipline Alternative Education Program
The Bullard ISD Disciplinary Alternative Education Program (DAEP) is a separate campus for students who have been removed from their home campus due to a violation of the BISD Code of Conduct. DAEP is a place to help students understand the importance of maintaining self respect as well as respect for rules and others. The DAEP campus is a very structured environment focused on helping students redirect their behavior and efforts in a manner that is suitable for normal interaction with their peers and adults. The environment is safe, caring, and disciplined. Student success is the goal at DAEP.
Vision
The DAEP Campus is designed to serve both student and district by offering a structured educational environment.
Mission
Upon completion of their DAEP placement, students will return to their home campus prepared to make positive changes in behavior and academic success.
