During the regular monthly board meeting held on January 15, 2026, Trustees recognized the outstanding achievements of our students and staff.
Congratulations to the January Elementary (Pre-K through 5th Grade) Student of the Month, Hudson Perkins, and the Secondary Student of the Month (6th through 12th grades) Student of the Month, Matthew Reese. Watch the video to learn more about Hudson and Matthew.
Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month, Clint Martin. Coach Martin teaches PE at Bullard Elementary School. He goes above and beyond to make PE fun and engaging and supports his fellow BES teachers and staff in any way they need. Nine BHS Panther Band students earned Area honors, and two students, Latrell Choice (euphonium) and Dacey Ogrodnick (percussion), were selected for the ATSSB State Band!
Five BHS choir students earned All-Region honors, with Elizabeth Gardner qualifying for the TMEA State Choir!
Bullard Middle School's One-Act Play won first place at the district competition. Eight students received awards, including Outstanding Technician, All Star Cast, Best Performer, and Honorable Mention.
For School Board Recognition Month, our talented BHS Culinary Arts students prepared a delicious lasagna meal for Trustees, and Floral Design students created beautiful flower arrangements.
