The Bullard ISD Board of Trustees recognized the achievements of students and staff at its regular monthly meeting on April 29, 2024.
The District Elementary Student of the Month is Mckenna Querry, a third-grader at Bullard Elementary School, and the District Secondary Student of the Month is Autin McAvoy, a 6th-grader at Bullard Intermediate School. Watch this video to learn more about Mckenna and Austin.
The Employee of the Month is Melissa Crowell, a 1st grade teacher at Bullard Primary School. Watch this video of Dr. Lee announcing the recognition in Mrs. Crowell's classroom.
Also recognized was the inaugural group of 10 employees who were selected to receive a Bullard ISD Employee Scholarship. The scholarship, funded by the Rainwater grant, awards tuition reimbursement for full-time district employees who are pursuing a bachelor's or higher degree. Each recipient was awarded a $1,000 scholarship.
Our Bullard boys and girls basketball teams, along with boys and girls soccer teams, had very successful seasons. Congratulations!
