Trustees recognize student achievements during February monthly board meeting

During their February monthly board meeting, the Bullard ISD Board of Trustees recognized the achievements of some of our amazing Panther students at staff!

The District Students of the Month are Rylee Jo Purifoy, a pre-K student at Bullard Early Childhood Campus, and Anke De Kock, a senior at Bullard High School. Watch this video to learn more about Rylee Jo and Anke! 

The District Employee of the Month is Christie Garrick, Library Literacy Specialist at Bullard Elementary School. Mrs. Garrick Mrs. Garrick is redesigning how students utilize the library. They are now able to come whenever they are ready for a new book. She also coordinates the school’s student-led video announcement program, the backpack food program, and the Reading Counts incentive programs. Principal Jenny Kasson says Mrs. Garrick brings a positive attitude and an energetic spirit to the Bullard Elementary campus.
