Superintendent Search Survey Response Report

Impact Education Specialists recently collected input from Bullard ISD administrators, staff, and the community to help aid the search for Bullard ISD's next Superintendent.
The input requested focused on the following questions:
- What are the strengths of Bullard ISD?
- What are the areas that could be improved?
- What characteristics and skills do you believe the new superintendent should possess?
After evaluating the collected input, Impact Education Specialists prepared a response report for the Bullard ISD Board of Trustees as they begin interviewing candidates for the vacant Superintendent position.
Trustees will begin screening candidates this month and will interview candidates in February.
