Bullard ISD Superintendent Search Update

We would like to share an update on the search for the next Superintendent of Bullard ISD.
At the November Board of Trustees meeting, the Board approved hiring Impact Education Specialists to guide the search process. After meeting with the firm in December, the Board developed the following tentative timeline to ensure a thoughtful and thorough search:
January
- Begin Collecting Input from the Community and Staff
- Application Deadline
- Begin Screening Candidates
February
- Conduct First and Second Rounds of Interviews
- Board Votes to Name Lone Finalist
March
- Board Votes to Hire Lone Finalist (after the 21-day waiting period required by Texas Law)
