BHS junior Gracie Smith wins UIL 4A golf state championship

Bullard High School junior Gracie Smith is the 2024 UIL 4A Girls Golf State Champion. After standing in 7th place after day one, Smith focused on one shot at a time to finish day two with a 67, ultimately carding a two-day total of 141 and earning a first-place individual finish.
As a team, Smith and teammates Adyson Pipkin, Claire Fath, Maddy Fath, and Avery Ritzma earned an 8th-place finish with a 694.
