Lunch Money Now
Lunch Money Now gives the opportunity to pre-pay for your child's meals! New with the 2024-25 school year, parents/guardians are able to use the student's general ID number to log into Lunch Money Now. You can find the student's ID number in their Skyward Family Access (Gradebook) account.
If a student's account registers a negative balance, parents/guardians will receive an automatic notice/reminder through ParentSquare.

PRE-PAID
We encourage students and faculty to prepay their meals. Meals can be prepaid on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Please make sure Early Childhood, Primary, and Elementary students send their money in an envelope with the student’s name on it. Payment may be made at any time during the school day and on any campus.
Families who may qualify for free meals due to low family income are encouraged to apply online for faster processing. Click here to apply online.
District Charge Policy
Here at Bullard ISD, our first priority is to serve each student a hot nutritious meal that meets the guidelines of USDA and TDA. BISD will allow reimbursable meals to be charged for up to 4 meals. No child will be allowed to charge a-la-carte items, which include ice cream, snacks, or extras. We ask each of you as Parents/Guardians to keep your child's account current. Our intent is that every child receives a nutritious meal daily, which helps with their learning throughout the school day.
- An alternate meal will be served to a student after the 4 meals have been charged. The alternate meal will be a regular meal.
- A notice of a low balance will be sent to the Parent/Guardian. The student will be notified in the serving line as well. You may receive a sealed white envelope with a negative balance sheet and an application for free/reduced lunch to help assist your family if needed.
- If we receive no response to pay the debt, you may receive a letter in the mail or be contacted by phone.
- We ask that you pay your student's account promptly. If you need assistance or to make arrangements to pay, please call Food Service Office at 903-894-2803. All means of contact to collect a debt will be documented and easily accessed by any School Administrator as needed.
- Free/Reduced lunch applications are available at every campus and online at https://www.mealappnow.com/manbul/splash.php. Should you need an application, please contact any campus. Parents are also responsible for payment of meals until free or reduced lunch application benefits have been approved, which could take up to 10 calendar days. Online applications typically have a faster processing time.
- PAYMENTS: You may make a payment at any cafeteria, any time of the day. You may pre-pay for a week or a month using cash or check payable to Bullard Food Service. Please write your child/children's name or lunch ID number on the check.
- You may also use Lunch Money Now, located on the Bullard ISD webpage under Child Nutrition, and deposit money electronically for a small fee of $2.50. With this service, you will have the opportunity to see what the balance is on your child's account, the items they are purchasing, and receive low balance notices. If you want to limit your child from certain purchases, we can flag the account to help you monitor all transactions. (ex: No charging allowed, only 1 ice cream a day, etc.)
- Contact your campus Cafeteria Manager by email for student account information. If you need to speak with the Food Service Director, please call 903-894-2803.
