1st offense….Verbal Warning

2nd offense…Turn In Your Number Clip

3rd offense…Complete A Letter To Your Parent Explaining Behavior Issue

(Must be signed and returned the next day or 4th offense consequence will occur)

4th offense…YOU Will Make A Phone Call To Your Parent During Class Explaining Your Behavior

5th offense… A Referral Will Be Written and Given to Mr. Flowers
