Bullard ISD uses a ticket-based helpdesk system to keep track of and quickly resolve issues.
How to Create a new Ticket
- Create an email with a subject that briefly describes your problem. Ex. “SmartBoard not Working.”
- In the email body give a detailed explanation of the problem. Also include your Campus and Room Number
- If your problem is technology related (Smart Board, Computer, Email, Moodle, etc) then email firstname.lastname@example.org
- If your problem is maintenance related (electrical, air conditioning, janitorial, door locks, etc) then email email@example.com
After sending the email, you will receive an automated reply. All communication for the ticket will come to you by email.
Please do not send an individual person an email. Instead email the helpdesk so we can keep track of the problem. If learning stops, please call one of the emergency numbers.
