    THEbenefitsHUB offers step by step instructions to make benefit elections easy. Employee login information is as follows:

    User name: The first six (6) characters of your last name, followed by the first letter of your first name, followed by the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number.

    Password: Last Name (Excluding punctuation) followed by the last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number.

    HEALTH INSURANCE NOTICE: Your decision to enroll in health insurance may be impacted by requirements of the Affordable Care Act. Under this Act, individuals may be penalized for not having health care coverage. The district cannot determine your treatment under the new provisions, but wants to make you aware you could suffer penalties if you do not meet the requirements for health insurance coverage on 1/1/14. If you plan to use TRS Active Care to satisfy the requirements in this law, you must enroll during the open enrollment period for TRS Active Care. Changes cannot be made on the implementation date of 1/1/14 unless you have a qualifying event as defined by IRS regulations. The IRS does not consider the need to enroll for coverage under the Act as a qualifying event.
