BCIS 1
BCIS 1 involves Microsoft Office, which is an integrated software package. It includes a word-processing program (Word), a spreadsheet program (Excel), a presentation program (PowerPoint), a database program (Access), a schedule/organization program (Outlook) and a desktop-publishing program (Publisher).
We use classroom texts and Microsoft Office 2003 which makes it difficult for students to work at home. However, the computer lab is open from 7:00 AM to 3:40 PM so that they can catch up as needed.
