Two sessions will be offered on each of the dates above. The morning session will be from 7-7:45 a.m.; the afternoon session will be from 3:30-4:15 p.m. You must register for each session by e-mailing Connie Sherman with the date and time of the session you wish to attend. When enrollment reaches the maximums listed below, the session will be closed.
Teachers attending seven technology staff development sessions will be exempt from the May 31 staff development day. Teachers who do not attend technology staff development during the year will be required to attend technology staff development May 31.
If you are a member of a group that cannot attend staff development sessions during the year, i.e., coaches, bus drivers, please contact Lee Sleeper to make special arrangements for your group if you would like to satisfy the staff development requirements during the year.
The Technology Lead Teacher-Staff Development on each campus will conduct the staff development sessions. The sessions will be based on the Bullard ISD Teacher Technology Essential Knowledge and Skills curriculum. The curriculum can be downloaded at ftp://192.168.100.22/T-TEKS. These teachers are also responsible for assisting teachers with GradeSpeed.
