BHS sets parents' 1:1 meetings
As part of Bullard ISD’s 1:1 technology initiative, HS students will be issued a MacBook computer for the 2012 – 2013 school-year.  However, in order for your son/daughter to receive a notebook computer, a parent orguardian must attend one of the technology meetings listed on the linked document. Political rhetoric vs. facts
In the last legislative session, many of our politicians broadsided public education, quoting data that indicated there was one administrator for every teacher.

For the facts, go to http://fotps.org/video.php to see the breakdown of a dollar spent on public education. For more data, go to http://tasanet.blogspot.com/2011/02/clearing-up-misconceptions-about-11.html.

Employee handbooks
Handbooks on-line
Each year, employees will log into the district's web site to verify they have access to, have read, and understand the district handbook and policies. After reading the documents, employees will verify on-line that they have access to, have read, and understand the handbook. Central Office personnel will document that the materials were read.
